Order Processing

It will take about 14-21 working days for an order to dispatch from our studio. Weekends and public holidays are not considered as working days.
Shipping

Domestic

Domestic shipping is not chargeable. Once the product is dispatched, the shipping could take about 4-6 working days, subject to your geographical location within India.
International
International shipping is chargeable as per actuals. Once the product is dispatched, the shipping could take about 7-12 working days depending on your geographical location.
Duties and Taxes

For international shipping, you may have to pay additional duty charges, if levied when the product reaches your country. We take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders due to unsettled duty/tax charges and will provide no refund for the same.

Returns

Your product is eligible for return or exchange on the following terms 1. You have received an incorrect product/different from what you placed an order for 2. If the product is damaged/has any manufacturing defect. 3. Products purchased on sale/discount can not be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

We will issue a refund only once the received product has undergone our quality check. Returned items must not be worn, washed or altered and should have all the tags intact. We hold the right to refuse any Return if the product does not comply with the above.
Refunds/exchange will be initiated within 7 days of receiving the products. Products purchased on sale/ or discount cannot be returned or exchanged and no refund requests will be accepted.
A 20% of the cost of product will be charged ( ex shipping ) on all refunds.
 
Order Cancellation

Once placed and confirmed by us, the order cannot be cancelled/refunded unless the above reasons apply. We have every right to cancel an order, at any point of time/for any reason whatsoever, in which case, a full refund will be issued to the customer. Products purchased on sale can not be requested for cancellation.

Product Disclaimer

Our Textiles are handwoven due to which every bulk loom differs slightly and no two yardages are the same. We try to keep the construction intact as much as we can. Colour and technique of the actual product might vary slightly sometimes too. Fall and drape of some of the garments may also vary at times. Kindly bear this in mind while placing your order.Please verify the product measurement in the size chart which could vary as per the style. You can contact us directly or via chat box for any customisation that may be required.
Shoulder lab Clothing does not warrant that garment descriptions or any other content is completely accurate or error-free. If you receive any product that has any discrepancies from the information mentioned on website, one is eligible to return the garment in unused condition.
All the content on this website including pricing are subject to change (on textile availability/customisation etc) without prior notice.
 
Care Instructions

All our textiles are handwoven and to maintain the same quality, its ideal that they are dry cleaned only.
